Dentistry
Registration with the Dental Board of Western Australia (DBWA) is a requirement for employment.
To qualify for registration in Western Australia as a dentist you must have:
- a primary qualification in dental surgery or
- a primary qualification in dental science gained by examination
- graduated from any university of the United Kingdom, Ireland and/or New Zealand
Applicants who hold qualifications gained overseas (other than stated above) are required to sit examinations conducted by the Australian Dental Council.
